    I bough a maxisys905 try connect it to the  PC but it would not i have call autel a representativeAND THEY TOLD ME   i will  have to update it to connect now my problem is that i dont have internet  available  
     now to me that is not good business i buy  a relative new tool with the expectation  every works
    where can i get this fix

     First, you don't need to update first in order to connect to PC.  You need to use the mini usb port that is on side of the unit under a cover.  If you use the one on the top, it will not connect because that is for connecting to the VCI or Programmer.  As for wireless connection, you can try a open public wifi connection. I don't know were you are but you can look arounf in your area.  Usually public library's have open free wifi connections where you can get the updates.  I would strongly suggest that you connect it to the PC first and create a backup of your existing software before you update it.

     thank guy  i connect the mini usb to  the tab  and the other to the  pc  it will not read at all but the vci reading when hook up with the cable

    If you are connecting to the VCI with the cable, that means you are on the wrong port.  The port you are looking for is on the left side where your hand is.  It is under a cover that you need to open with your finger nail.  Under the cover is a small USB port and a slot for a memory card.  That is the port for the PC connection.

     i do believe that some wrong with the tool but i need this to work with  so i need to hear from autel or any support

    I have always updated my tools via wifi and its so easy that it takes seconds in some
    cases.

    i have use that port to the  pc but no response at all i have try other  item on the pc to make sure my pc port is working and it is 
    so i know this is faulty   
    as i say i cant update yet cause i dont have internet at  home i have go by a friend  
     i think if it continue  i will have to send to autel 
     but where i live is west indies

    Did you try a different computer and a different cable.  The tablet needs to be on and ready to be used when you plug in the cable to PC. Then the screen changes and then has a button to turn on PC access, did you get this screen?

     nope that screen don't appear at  i have other  android and i have see that screen
    now what autel representative told me that i  will have to up date first that beat me
    knowing  that i want to connect to the pc  and save the software first but i cant do that now
